Driver Terms
The Truckers Hub (a business name of Orcun Filiz, Moab, Utah, USA — support@thetruckershub.com) helps truck drivers find jobs with trucking companies.
- Free for drivers. Our service is free for you. We will never ask you to pay us anything, now or later. If anyone asks you to pay to get a job through us, do not pay and tell us.
- Who pays us. A trucking company may pay us a referral fee if it hires you after we introduce you. The amount and terms of that fee are between us and the company and are kept confidential.
- Your pay is not affected. The fee does not come out of your pay. Our terms forbid the company to charge you, to deduct anything from your pay, or to lower any wage or sign-on bonus it offers you because of our fee. If a company does this, please tell us.
- No job is guaranteed. We cannot promise you a job, a pay rate or a start date. Each company makes its own decisions and runs its own checks (licence, medical card, driving record, drug and alcohol tests).
- Tell the truth. Please give true information about your licence, endorsements and experience. Companies check.
- How we share your details. With your consent (the separate checkbox on the form), we first send matching companies a summary without your name, phone, email or CV. Only a company that accepts our terms for you sees your name, contact details and CV, and may use them only to recruit you. We never tell companies which language you used on our forms. Details: Privacy Policy.
- If you are hired. When a company tells us it hired you, we email you a short written note with the company name and the date. If anything in it is wrong, reply to it.
- Stop any time. You can ask us to stop sharing your details, or to delete them, at any time: reply to any of our emails or write to support@thetruckershub.com. A company that already received your details must follow our terms and its own privacy rules.
- Changes. If we change these terms, we update this page and its date; the version you accepted stays on record.
